If applicable, please ensure you have had the 6-week post-natal check-up and all clear to ensure you feel well and are recovering properly before taking part. You should be in a generally fit physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.

As with any home exercise routine, you are responsible for your safety and The Mentholatum Company Limited will not accept any responsibility should you sustain an injury whilst carrying out these exercises If at any time you feel pain whilst doing these exercises, be sure to stop; the exercise should feel comfortable.

Go slowly and let your body have time to adjust to the exercise. You should feel the positive benefits the more you carry out the exercises.

Before carrying out any of the exercises in the routine, you should ensure that: you do not have a pre-existing medical condition to prevent you from doing any of the exercises shown; you are not in a generally unfit physical condition; and that you have read and understood this disclaimer.

The exercises and techniques are demonstrated by a third-party instructor and before undertaking the exercises in the routine, you expressly and irrevocably agree:-

2. That you have checked that there are no medical reasons to prevent you from undertaking the exercises shown. If you have a preexisting medical condition and/or are in a generally unfit physical condition, you should not undertake any of the exercises in this routine without first seeking medical advice;

3. That you understand that The Mentholatum Company Limited shall not be responsible in any circumstances for any loss, injury or damage that might occur to you as a result of undertaking such exercises;

4. That you waive any claim that you or your successors might have against The Mentholatum Company Limited for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of undertaking these exercises and;
